With over 20 years of specialized experience in athletic injuries and clinical rehabilitation, I bridge the gap between targeted medical treatment and optimal physical recovery. For the past 15 years, I have worked directly alongside physical therapists to deliver advanced, evidence-based therapeutic treatments designed to eliminate pain, accelerate healing, and restore mobility. Targeted Cryotherapy: Sub-zero temperature therapy to reduce localized pain, eliminate inflammation, and promote skin tightening.
CANCELLATION POLICY

I am a Massage therapist. Over 20 years of experience and have gained a lot of specialized knowledge when it comes to athletic injuries. For the past 15 years I've worked closely with chiropractor & physical therapists to provide medical/therapeutic treatments incorporating sports massage, cupping and deep tissue techniques. I am IASTM certified, and often include in my sessions. I am MLD certified which helps with the Lymphatic Drainage for those post-op or dealing with Lymphedema
